I ordered 4 of these for kids leaving foster care and going to the local college for their dorms. I got two, then one (From Walmart) and was told to contact the delivery service for the other. It was delivered to another ZIP code. They would not bother to track it down. Also, there is no way to contact them on phone or direct email. Not happy at all.

The one piece of hard ware does not fix. And the existing screws tips worn off when removed.

The screw for it would not fit to hold the parts together. Kind of disappointing bc I tried so hard to get it in there. The vacuum itself worked but I was not happy with the parts.

The vacuum cleaner does not roll easily on the floor. You have to force a lot of arm and hand to achieve it.

The sweeper works very good, but is too small for my needs.

Had to return. Something wrong with rollers. Could not push forward at all!!

I purchased this vacuum for a small apartment. The vacuum seems to do the job but I'm not sure something is wrong with it. The brush rotation seems to causes it to be so loud. My neighbor even commented about the vacuum noise. I have cleaned the brush filter and canister and it's still extremely loud I can barely stand to use it without ear plugs.

The brush roller has no height adjustment. very hard to push and pull this vacuum.

it workes for a while. when it was time to clean it out..it stopped working and doesnt suck or pick anything up..disappointed for sure

Dislike that my order got delivered to another address then I couldn't get it replaced was looking forward to getting my new vacuum cleaner
