I'm telling you first about the old one I have had for 7 years. It was still working fine except that the rubber (Plastic) connectors between the power plant and the cup were getting a little ratted, mostly on the cup part. So instead of buying a part I got the whole thing. This new one got more zip and does the job even quicker, maybe because it is new but very well. I make sure the Magic Bullet is completely stopped before I lift the cup off, I think that was my big mistake with the old one. I gave it a five star rating but that is because you didn't have ten!

Works great. This is a replacement for another Magic Bullet that I used daily for years, so I know they last. Too many accessories (cups, covers) I will not use most of them.

This thing is awesome! I used it for smoothies initially, but got adventurous and now I use it for soups and other things. Want some quick tomato soup? This will make it happen. Cut cherry tomatoes in half, add onion, garlic a little chicken stock and pepper to a small saucepan and simmer for 30-45 minutes until veggies are soft. pour into largest blender cup, screw on lid and give it a 10 to 30 second spin. Strain it through a mesh strainer if desired. The bottom line, fresh, nutritious HOMEMADE soup. Works great for butternut squash soup and other blended soups!

I've had 3 Bullets over the years and have to say, it's a favorite for a reasonable price. These days I need more power to grind more things so I purchased another brand, but will always look back fondly at the Magic Bullet and those amazing iced matchas, cappuccinos, smoothies and soups I've made over the years.

I purchased my original unit new and have used it pretty much on a daily basis for years. When the unit went south, I purchased the refurbished unit from Amazon and so far have had a terrific experience at a discounted price. The only downside to the refurb-ed unit is that it did not come with the 2 blade mixing cap, it has the 4 blade version. I think the 2 blade is a little bit safer to handle and wash but this is not a major issue. Both versions seem to blend equally well. Thank you Amazon!

I love my bullet! I bought this to replace an old one that stopped working. I had that old one for over 10 years. I like to make homemade salad dressings and this does a great job with those. Just load the ingrediants into the container, give them a bit of a shake and process. In no time you have a great tasting salad dressing. I also use it to chop nuts. I really like not haaving to haul out my big blender for small jobs. It fits in my cupboard easily.

Got this Magic Bullet on sale at amazon for under 30 dollars. Being a Trainer/Athlete it was well worth it. I throw whatever protein powder combined with any fruit or extras I want and "bam" it's done in 60 seconds or so, place a lid on it to go and I'm out. It's much easier and cleaner than using a blender for personal servings. It's relatively low noise considering how powerful it is for it's size. I'm sure it can do other things from grinding coffee beans to spices but I haven't tried that yet. So far as a smoothie maker it's a top notch mixer.

I use it for almost everything.
