I ordered the refurbished unit and just received my bullet. Unfortunately, it came with three short cups (no tall cup) and it is missing the flip-top lid. Other than that, it arrived on time and everything looks brand-new and in working order. I'm disappointed there is not tall cup or flip top lid (as described in the product information) as I have a family of 4...now I'll have to make multiple batches which is inefficient. We'll see how it goes... **UPDATE** after using the bullet for the first time, one of the two party mugs was cracked along the seam and leaked. I'm also curious if the material is BPA free as the plastic seems very flimsy and cheap. I have not heard back from the seller. If you are considering this product, you may want to spend the few extra bucks to order the new set or consider another product. I also used the second cup which promptly began leaking...the plastic is very poor quality, buyer beware!
