Hate it

Not as shown. The face is all glass. I expected two stripes of stainless steel on it as it is shown in the picture.

The media could not be loaded. Marketing pics of the flame are a complete fabrication to what the flame actually looks like. It looks like a cheap kindergarten created the flame compared to the pictures advertised. Very poor cheap looking quality flame.

Does not blow heat I have a 8x24 room and it will not even warm it up. My 20.00 space heater does better. Do not buy.

DONT buy this product. It has low heat and high energy use. doesn't have a 3 prong plug and pop circuit breakers. no return policy a biggie for me. Its BS they make you pay to ship it back.

This item came defective from fdelivery. Complained to manufaturing company - but have yet to get any results . Hoping Amazon will credit my account for full purchase price of this item of $148.75 !!!! This item came with a shorting problem which almost overheated when I installed it on wall . Now all I'm let is a blank spot on wall where fireplace should have been . Manufacturer did not give me a replacement ! 2/1/2021
