The media could not be loaded. I liked the look itself but I thought the flame would be more vibrant (dancing flame). It’s dull.

The instructions are very hard to follow and the screws they give you are garbage and strip super easily. Also the the screw inserts they give you are way too big for the screws they give you and they dont even hold them in the wall when you use them. I ended up having to drill a big hole to get the screw inserts in and then use one of my bigger screws to make sure it was secure. Overall a pain in the ass. The fireplace does look nice though. Personally i think the rocks they give you are ugly and dont match at all. Id suggest getting clear marbles or something similar
