Does not hold charge anymore. I have $20 much older Bluetooth headsets still running and charging.

130 dollars I spent back in 2019 or 2020 was a waste of money. The first 1 year they worked great. I loved them. I used them for my job, which BTW was a part time. So they were not use a lot. Then I stopped working there so I stopped using them for while. I started using them again maybe a year and a half ago, but I would notice that the charge wasn't holding. I didn't pay it any mind because I thought I maybe wasn't charging it enough or maybe the charger was broken or that the battery were draining even when they were not in use. I were said I probably had this 4 to 5 years and for not been used all of the time they would still be in good condition. My boyfriend has gotten a way cheaper pair and he uses they all the time. Sweats alot when he uses them, leaves them in his truck hot or cold weather n they still work. I'm a big FAN of Amazon products but it sucks paying a pretty penny for products that don't last a long time. I have a few other things of Amazon that have started giving me problems.

Worked decent for a year or so, then each bud would just stop when charge goes below 50%. Put bud back into charging case for 1 minute and will work again for about 15 mins. Almost useless on extended call or flight.

I used to love these earbuds, but they suddenly started disconnecting from all of my devices after 5-10 minutes of use making them impossible to use to workout.

Sound quality was great but charging case stopped charging, had it replaced but didn’t last it’s a shame cuz they worked really well charging case is defective

After less than 3 years, it does not hold charge.

Will not charge or connect t as per instructions before 1 year lapsed. Threw them out.

The left echo bud just died without any work around. Tried update, factory reset, but whenever I put left bud in the charging case, it has red light blinks. Also tried taking of the wing, same.Wasted the money.

Battery died. Not charging. After just 2-3 years of use.

Worked great when they worked. Won't charge after 1 year of use. Case blinks red. No support. No warranty. Also, Amazon changed how "Alexa" can play music... when I bought these, I could ask her to play anything from my Amazon Music library, but now she forces you into Shuffle mode of "Song/Artist & Similar Artists" instead of playing the Song or Album you requested to listen to. She's worthless now, but I guess it doesn't matter for me on these earbuds as they don't even work anymore.
