Does not hold charge anymore. I have $20 much older Bluetooth headsets still running and charging.

I didn’t like having to connect them through Alexa but after that they connect nicely. They fit my ears better than my Anker pro liberty 2 but not as well as my Bose Sport earbuds (they have a totally different ear fit and much larger)Overall they sound very good and the noise cancellation works great. Good product, wait for a sale- they’re regularly discounted.

I've had these ear buds a little over a year. Great for making calls and listening to music. The noise cancelling tech was really great for studying in a loud house. But after a year the left ear bud started get really staticy and sometimes will feedback. I really liked these ear buds so I'm pretty bummed they arent working very well after such a short period of time.

I really liked these earphones but they started to have problems around the second year. They would just randomly shut off after about ten minutes of use. I tried all of the troubleshooting but nothing seemed to work. I don't know if it was a software or hardware problem but the issue persisted enough for me to just buy a different brand of earphones.

These worked great since I bought them, then recently stopped working. I've tried all online suggestions but nothing has worked. Unfortunately they are now out of the warranty period. I'm debating if I'll buy a newer version or move on to a different brand.

Great for 2 year then just stop working. A little disappointed about this. They turn on will work and then randomly stop working put them back in case wait and they will work again for an hr and then shut off again.

Once fitted properly with the correct size ear pieces, they sealed out sound very well and the active noise canceling was great for anything from airplane flights to mowing the lawn or running a snow blower. Though, trying to use the Alexia voice commands while near a running engine is useless. Even when shouting, the ear buds would never hear me over the noise of the mower. All controls had to be done on the phone is near loud devices or noises. Big minus there! I did not find them uncomfortable in my ears and was able to wear them for 2-3 hours at a time. Admittedly, that is a very personal, subjective thing. I've had them for about 3 years, using them occasionally, maybe 2-3 a month on average. Very light use, IMO. Now the right ear piece only holds a charge for about 30 minutes or so, with the left ear still going, and could keep going for hours on a single charge. Unfortunately, with only one ear bud working they are both kinda useless. I guess 3+ years for ear buds is... OK, but I feel I didn't use them very much. Considering they were very pricey, I guess I expected more.

Good sound and love the Alexa integration, but (1) there's no way to turn off the earbuds except to put them in the case. Inconvenient. (2) the left earbud stopped working after a couple of years and none of the fixes Amazon Help suggested work. From what I'm reading online this is a common terminal malfunction. Buy a different brand.
