I got these in November 2020, but they sat in my closet for six months before I started using them. They lasted less than a year before one ear bud started making high pitch noises when turning on. It would go away after a few minutes and act normally. Then a couple months later the same ear bud (left) started to make weird pops on low notes/frequencies which became unusable.

I have to say I purchased these solely on the fact that they were on Amazon brand, I swear by anything that Amazon makes but in this case I chose badly. the sound on these earbuds is so bad and so tinny I don’t know how they got out of the quality control area. I would’ve liked to have had them replaced, But they were not unfortunately so now I’m stuck with a pair of earbuds I don’t use

First the left one stopped connecting. Now the right one won’t. Not even heavy enough to be a paperweight.

These worked great and sounded really good as well. Until they didn't. Just randomly stopped working and charging. Fast blinking red light indicating some sort of problem or error. And from my research/reading it seems alot of people have had this problem. Definitely a bummer because they did sound really good during the time they worked.

Bought them off of Woot as refurbished. At first they were great and loved them. They replaced my daily wears. Great voice recog and Alexa integration was perfect... However, about a month later they started with issues pairing and never fully charging. Then the battery began to die within a few hours of use and then they would not pair reliably. Now they just do not work and all I get is a fast blinking red light. I should have known better than buying refirb and expecting reliability.

Sadly, the left bud stopped charging out of nowhere. I’ve had them slightly more than a year. Guess I get to try another brand.

Didn’t always understand how to use with teams and zoom always a struggle connecting or there is some sort of compatibility issues with pc

I loved the earbuds while they worked but unfortunately that wasn't for long. Andy earbuds over $100 should last a long time.

After using for about 6 months, they start to go bad. One side won't work or barely audio coming out of it and a real bad annoying sound comes out of them until a song or video starts playing.

They were great earbuds but didn't last long.
