This flat iron heats up fine and is smooth but the buttons are very poorly placed. There’s virtually no way to hold it without changing the temps or turning it off. Frustrating

I have had good results with this brand in the past but the on/off/temp control placement feels like it was designed by someone who never uses a hair straightener. I am constantly turning off the unit or changing the temperature by accident because the buttons are right where your hand holds it. So frustrating.

Great price point but while using it , you can accidentally turn it off or lower temp because of the button placement. It also has a more round shape so it doesn’t really press the hair completely. Wouldn’t recommend.

Iron is nice and heats quickly, the problem I have is with the location of the buttons… You cannot use it without constantly pressing the buttons that change settings. Returning.

I received the straightener as a gift so I was hoping it would do my hair great but didn’t do good on my hair at all.

flaw design that makes your hands hit buttons every time you hold the handle of the straightener and made clicking noises every time it was turned on

It’s not a great purchase. The flat iron just pops open when you try to slide it down the hair. It does not keep heat and the buttons are right where your hand would rest. I’m returning it today

Pinches and pulls your hair. Do not recommend!! Spend the other $20 a d get the same brand rainbow plate one. So much better and worth the money!!
