I bought this because it looked so fancy and chic. However, It felt very cheap, and the buttons were located awfully - I kept pressing them as I was trying to straighten. Thankfully it did have the temp lock feature, but it was still annoying. It straightened alright. There are definitely better ones out there for the same price.

This product seemed to have everything I was looking for, however, I am going to return it. As mentioned in other reviews, the on/off switch and temperature control mechanism are in a bad place. I couldn't keep the temperature setting at 400 degrees because whenever I pressed on the handle to iron my hair I would decrease the temperature to the lowest setting because of where/how the settings are located no matter how hard I tried not to. This is to me a design error and this is the only reason I am returning it. Attractive looking tho and when I had it at the right temperature I could get at least one section straightened nicely. Very disappointed overall.

This is a pretty color and the cord is great - it can twist 360 degrees just like the expensive professional ones do so your cord doesn’t tangle. However, this didn’t heat up enough to completely straighten my thick, naturally wavy hair. I’m giving it to my mom as it works better for her fine, short hair. I also don’t like where the on/off button is located. When flat ironing my hair, I kept turning it off by accident. The author of this review received a free sample of this product.

As with the reviews already written, you cannot hold the flat iron without turning it off or adjusting the temperature.

Cannot use it without turning it off because buttons are on the part where it is held. I see that there are other reviews with the same complaints. So, it’s not just me.

Impossible to hold without turning it off or changing the temperature. Then if I tried to change the temperature, it seemed to freeze and wouldnt change temp. It didn’t seem to do a good job anyways.
