Buttons are placed in a terrible spot, every time I use it it turns down because I’m accidentally pushing buttons and to turn it back up you have to turn it off and on again

Terrible flat iron. Doesn’t even make a difference to my hair. Tugs on my hair.

It pulls on your hair!!! Don’t buy it wish I would’ve ordered online so I could’ve read the reviews and saved my money.

I just bought this and when attempting to adjust the heat a few times it stopped working... Within less than 5 minutes it already broke lol. Also whoever designed this did a terrible job! You will accidentally adjust it while using the wand since it's a thin long strip of button running through the top. Waste of money DO NOT buy!

These flat irons are horrible, the plates don’t touch, it snags your hair so bad. After 5 minutes I shut them off & put them in the box to take back. The heat up pretty quickly but that’s the only pro. I have 4B hair and these are a no !!

I bought these the 1st week of March it's now the last week of April they no larger get hot. Nothing happened they just stopped working. I will never again purchase another conair flat iron or curler.

Smoothed great if you have your hand placed just right not to turn it off. Poor placement for power and heat buttons. Do not recommend

Hated it. burned me multiple times on the first strand because you can't half it like normal or else you push the buttons. and about the buttons, they didn't work on mine unless I slammed the two sides together. and on top of all of that, didn't do anything other than damage my hair, even when it had tons of heat peotectant. Do not buy this. especially when you can get a different one, Dom the same brand, for $10 cheaper, that works like magic.

This one went back immediately... The power and temperature buttons are on the grip of the handle so as soon as you apply any pressure to squeeze, you either turn it off, or change the temp. So dumb!
