The Design Is Terrible. There Is No Way To Avoid Either Tirning It Off Or Changing The Temp Whenever You Use It. Was Ther Mo Quality Control? I Will Be Returning This.

Wow--this flat iron is unusable due to the placement of the controls. They are exactly where you grip the flat iron, so it is impossible to use it without constantly inadvertently adjusting the temperature. Fail. Will be returning.

I wish I could give this flatiron 0 stars. Snags your hair and you cannot use it without hitting the buttons as you try to curl or straighten your hair. Absolutely useless. Whoever designed this has never used a flatiron before.

I agree with a lot of other reviews. It’s impossible not to keep turning the iron off. The plates are harsh on the hair. Had to return.

Picked up at the store on sale because my old, reliable Remington straightener is finally giving up the ghost after over 12 years of use. Used once and knew it would be going back first chance I get. As others have mentioned-- very poorly placed controls lead to an uber frustrating experience just trying use this dumb thing! Also, no protection on the ends where you will hold it to do any sort of flipping or curling means warm to burnt fingers. Seemed to do an OK job at straightening but the frustration and possibilty of burning my digits not worth it.

The buttons are exactly where you hold it. I was beyond frustrated with this thing within 5 minutes. I about threw it across the room! Do. Not. Buy.

The disgn is very poor. The temperature buttons are exactly where you need to hold down to straighten your hair. The front of the box says, "titanium", but the back says "titanium and ceramic", so off the bat it's kind of misleading. It doesn't straighten well at all, I had to repeat multiple times all around, even then it gives you a less than mediocre straighten hair. Not happy with it at all, it was very irritating to deal with. Again, the design is poor and it's irritating to deal with.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter and it’s already broken. It didn’t last 3 weeks, very disappointed.

Like a lot of the other reviews have said, it’s hard to use without hitting all the buttons and consistently turning it off. I didn’t even get through one styling session because I was so frustrated. Will be returning

Whoever decided the button placement should quit their day job. Literally cannot use the thing without turning it off or adjusting the temp because the buttons run along the front of it. Poor design and would not recommend this to anyone.
