My husband is tall and thin so we ordered a large but found he actually needed a medium. We had bought the vest on sale and the customer service for the exchange was AMAZING! We made a FREE exchange and received the new vest quickly and customer service was in constant contact! So impressed! My husband LOVES his vest! We also bought a women’s vest for me! Great company, great product with great customer service!

This was recommended by a friend so I bought it as a gift for my husband who hunts. My friend said to go down a size and glad we did. Now he can layer over top of it and not feel bulky. He loves it and likes the easy access to the controls so he can adjust the temp.

Purchased this for my husband, who will complain he's cold if the temp is in the low 70's. Vest offers good warmth, and comfort!!

I am posting the image of the temperature settings. Low is at 100 degrees F - just about at normal body temp. Medium at 113 degrees F - one can barely feel the heat. High is very nice and cozy at 131 degrees F. I wanted to see how long the high setting would last. Admittedly I did not go into the cold to test it but we keep our house at 68 degrees F. A fully charged battery lasted me six hours on high. The fit was perfect as I have a 36 inch waste and usually wear a large shirt. My chest is 42 inches. It worked better when I took off my sweater that was initially worn underneath the vest then put the vest back on. Then I put a windbreaker on top of the vest to keep from soiling it and to keep the tags from getting caught in something. They warn you to leave the tag on else it would not be accepted should you return it. I especially liked the warmth around my neck but also appreciated the heat on my shoulder blades. The front pockets were not nearly as warm but they were warm. After awhile the heat is retained and I could have cycled down to the medium setting but I wanted to see how long the high setting would last. It took me less than eight hours to get the full charge indicator lights. I did buy an extra battery to have so when the battery needs recharging (about six hours to recharge) I could then swap out every six hours or so without having to wait in the cold for recharge to complete. The battery did not seem to be too heavy and the weight was not a problem as I didn't notice any drag or discomfort. Overall it was a very comfortable vest and I look forward to using it in my unheated garage or on walks. No complaints! I hope it lasts as I plan to take good care of it.
