I was very excited to get this but it only warms up the neck and pockets. It does not heat up the chest and back. I'm disappointed with this.

It talks about nine zone heating but I feel only five zones working and even on high setting it doesn't seem warm enough. Would not recommend!

It's not even heating up.

It states it heat in the front but there is no heating elements in the front. At the high settings you feel the back just a little. I have heated mittens and socks and they really do heat. Don’t buy this it is a waste of money!

After buying 2 ororo jackets as gifts I decided to finally treat myself and get a vest. Unfortunately the vest, although comfortable, did not work. 1st vest the collar worked, a bit of heat in the back and slight heat in the pockets. Rather than just exchange it and have a new one in 2 days i tried going through the contact company thinking there was a reset or something that needed to happen. Big mistake. Resolution took about a month as a new "tested" vest was shipped from China rather than amz distrubtuon center. Only vest 2 was worse than the first. No heat in the pockets at all, very little in the back and the neck would turn on and off. They then tried to say it was just my body that couldn't feel even though I had 5 different people try it on to confirm it wasn't in my head. If you're spending 140 on a vest there should be no doubt if you can feel the heat when it's on high for 30 minutes. Buy a jacket but don't buy the vest and only deal with Amazon.

What a great heated vest! My husband is a hunting guide...is out in the weather for long hours...this is a lifesaver. I wish I'd had something like this when we were living in NY and were attending college softball games in March, April and May! This vest has heat in the neck (the other styles don't) and zips up under the chin. The other versions of heated vests only zip to mid-chest and have heat across the chest and across the back; this vest heats the front pockets, the neck and the area across the back. My husband loves it! If you should be purchasing for the first time, do yourself a favor and purchase the second battery pack. It seems expensive to purchase them both, but there's a slight discount if you should purchase at the same time...and you WILL want to have a second battery ready to go. Good luck...enjoy your vest...I know you will!!! NEW REVIEW!! The vest is not working! It was great in January and February, but stopped working in March. I purchased a second battery...neither batteries are heating the vest. Both have been charged fully, but we cannot get the vest to respond. My brother-in-law is having the SAME PROBLEM...and he has a back-up battery as well. These items are too expensive to stop working after 60 days!
