Good concept needs some work...

It would be a cool concept if it worked very well. Every time there is a firmware update, seems like every 10 days, I have to unpair and repair the toothbrush and lose my data from the day so just really annoying, I feel like I might as well have just bought a regular electric toothbrush.

Not good..

I used this toothbrush once, and immediately returned it. Besides it being cute and pink, it was not good otherwise. It was honestly felt like a regular toothbrush that vibrates. I got the Phillips Sonicare which actually works well, and was a bit cheaper than this!

A disappointing purchase.

This is not a good toothbrush. Essentially, it’s a manual toothbrush with a small motor in it that makes it vibrate slightly. The design is pretty, and the packaging looks great, but that’s where it ends.

Stops charging after a few weeks

After charging it once, when it ran out of battery i tried to charge it again and the toothbrush never worked again. Then i bought another and it did the exact same thing.

Head snaps off, hard to change battery

I hate this toothbrush. So expensive but the head snaps off while you’re brushing your teeth and I can’t get the motor out to change the battery. 2 stars for aesthetics but save your money.

It's nice but always breaks

I’ve used this brand for a few years and have had to replace it twice. The first time Quip did a free replacement because it stopped working. The second time I replaced it because the heads kept coming off while in use. That issue still happens even after the last replacement. I wish these didn’t break so easily.

Not a Long-term Toothbrush

I have gone through about 3 of these in the last 1.5 years. I have had both the battery-powered and rechargeable brushes. I have purchased through Target and directly from the Quip website. The brush either doesn't hold a charge and stops working no matter how many times I change the battery/recharge it (depending on the brush type) or starts turning on "by itself". The tracker in the app never really worked for me. I connected my travel toothbrush and my home toothbrush, but the app only seemed to acknowledge and track the activity of the travel toothbrush. (My usage was split between two brushes. I can only imagine how quickly a Quip toothbrush would fail if I used only one.) I had already purchased and started using SURI as my travel toothbrush to replace my travel Quip brush. I plan to get one for home, too, to replace my defective home Quip brush. It's pricier, but a much better and durable toothbrush. I've already spent more on buying multiple Quip brushes than one SURI brush.

Unimpressed

Really wanted to like this item, and I did at first. But, after reading the directions I learned that this is basically a vibrating head without oscillations or ultrasonic heads to deep clean. The app was a nice touch and I liked what it had to offer, but after a month of use the head would pop off during normal use and the clean I was getting wasn't great. Bottom line - spend the money and get a higher-end product and skip this one.

Don't recomend

I really loved this toothbrush, until after only six months it stopped working. Even after I bought the monthly subscription, it proceeded to not turn on after being charged.
