It’s hard to press the power button. It doesn’t stick out enough to push easily. Pretty disappointed so far.

Doesn't come with a blade refill. I bought this twice and both times didn't have a refill. I think it's labeled wrong. Rip off.

Compared to my earlier ProGlides, the new ones that I purchased do not vibrate nowhere near as much as the older ones. Since they do not as least equal their earlier model, I give it only 2 stars

Razor works fine, but as with all razors the blades are designed to work with only one handle in order to sell more razors. Profit placed above Market place needs!

I used gillette mach3 for 15 years. I decide to change. I'm using this product for 1 week. i dissatisfied, because I cannot straighten the edges of the hair. heavy and useless.
