Very disappointed this product was difficult to fill and hard to change. If I could I would return

I was originally skeptical on purchasing this water flosser due to the ranging reviews but eventually gave in due to its affordable price. However, upon the first use, I’ve noticed multiple issues with its power. Even with the higher powered attachment, the water is far too weak to thoroughly clean your gums. Don’t purchase this product and stick with manual flossing or purchase a more expensive one. Would not recommend

Not easy to use, have to go outside in order to not get entire bathroom covered in water.

My 6th flosser over the years. After charging as instructed it was apparent that it was producing a weak stream and there were no obstructions or other reason for the weak output other than bad weak battery providing poor power. Returning it.

Don't know what happened or where they are made now but I think this model is now junk. Get a better one. Maybe $5 or $10 more. Or just buy a house brand somewhere. Also, whatever you do, don't buy one of those Allstate Protection plans. Allstate very difficult and confusing to deal with PLUS their warranty doesn't even cover any period when item is still within manufacturer warranty period and Waterpik has a one year warranty. If f your Waterpik is going to fail it will most likely be in 1st year (as mine did).

Had for exactly one year and stopped working.

Lousy product. Very disappointed. I bought it mainly for travel purposes. It lasted only a few months and the battery became very weak. I called customer service to report the problem, and they sent me a replacement since it was within warranty. But again the battery stopped working after a few months. Customer service said the unit was not supposed to be used consecutively because that can weaken the battery. In reality the 30 seconds of water it holds does not provide enough time for cleaning. So this product basically is useless. Also I almost snapped and cut my fingers when I first assembled it. Not a good design. I would give it a Zero rating if there is such option.

I used this for two weeks and it stopped working If you're considering this product, look into something else.
