My only gripes with this item is battery life and water capacity. The battery performance starts to degrade after the second use which means more frequent recharging, and the battery recharges painfully slowly. Also, the water reservoir doesn’t last very long given the volume at which the device consumes water.

I gave my rating on style. I have not use it as of yet.

Not surprisingly, this is a messy operation. So I guess it doesn't matter much that the connection between the blue reservoir and the white pump leaks. If you fill it and set it down on the counter, you'll create a small puddle. The jet seems a little weaker than I had expected but it still seems to be fairly effective. Seems to hold a charge fairly well. After market tips are iffy to order. While Waterpik labels their tips low pressure and high pressure (they have others), other companies might say classic. The ones I ordered seem to be half way between low and high pressure - judging from the diameter of the tip opening. 6 "Classic Jet tips" for ten bucks. Name brand cost a little more.

It honestly isn’t bad. Wish I could change water pressure settings because it does cause bleeding. Im going to look into that part but the reviews about no charger made me hesitant on buying this but the charger is in there just have to remove most of the small box pieces. Not sure if they had a bad box or just missed it when taking it out.

excellent at getting food from between the teeth but water projects everywhere if not use to where the off button is

I use the because some of my teeth are very close together and I can't get floss between them. It works well for what it's designed to do, I can feel the difference in my gums when I'm done. The issue is that this does not come with a charger, so you'll have to provide one. Those cost the company $1, maybe? Since I have kids, all my spares from my old phones have been lost at some point. Then it says it's USB charging. It's a cord that plugs into a USB charger, but it is not USB. It is proprietary at the product end. If you forget it when you travel, which they suggest for this product, then you're out of luck when the battery runs out. If you lose it when you travel, you'll have to get a new one from the company. Why they couldn't just use a standard USB-C charger, like my beard trimmer does, I can't fathom. It's not a water thing, my trimmer is perfectly fine with water. As the title says, they made choices, and they weren't good ones.

Works really well so after the first one quit working after only 3 months (would not do anything - no power) I did try another one. We'll see...

I bought this when the hose on my different waterpik broke. It doesn’t hold as much water and doesn’t have the pressure as my other one. I found I could replace the hose on old one so I gifted this one to my daughter.

First time using a pik....this one is very powerful...even when using the blue attachment.
