Terrible already broke

The clear part of the pick broke and the end piece could not be removed, so entire device needed to be thrown out.

First red flag-the snap in reservoir would not snap in and when it finally did, it pinched my thumb so bad I had to ice it for 2 hours. The lid to the reservoir will not close and forget tryig to remove it. I am returning it today. WATERPIK...do better.

I had this same model for about 3 years and was pleased, but I wanted to replace the old one because of crusty build up from hard water over the years. The new item has absolutley no water pressure. It has pressure for about 3 seconds and then fizzles out. Water is leaking out from somewhere. I have tried charging it for over a full day thinking maybe it was just not charged well enough but I don't think the battery charge is the problem. Another issue is it is nearly impossible to assemble it into the base. Twice I have severely pinched the palm of my hand when trying to get the thing to snap in. Maybe where a pair of rubber gloves to protect your hand. I don't have the box anymore, so can't return it. It is going in the trash. Save yourself some money and buy a different product than this.

Pressure is too hard, the two heads are supposed to change the pressure . And that is the only way to do so. Made my gums bleed

Stopped working did not last even a month

I was really looking forward to this & I can't even charge it. It DOES NOT come with a charger that plugs into the wall. I wish there was something on the box stating I would have to spend MORE MONEY just to be able to charge this. I'm not interested in traveling BACK to the store to buy a charger.

It was great for only a month after that the battery has gotten weaker. I can charge this all day and still the battery is weak. There is no indicator to let you know if the charge is full. It just keeps on blinking. It is also loud when you use it. I wasted my money and should've went with the more expensive version that I had bought previously to this one which lasted nearly 2 years.

It stopped working shortly after warranty expired.

Stopped working after the warranty has expired. It was also a pain to use because of short battery life.
