It worked great but only lasted a year before it stopped charging and had to be disposed of.

This is very cheaply made and I doubt it will last very long. I love the waterpik I was replacing but this did not meet the standard of the product.

I cannot get the water reservoir to clean it. And it has what looks like mold in the cracks between the reservoir and the power handle.

Have not been able to charge the battery because you do not include a "brick" with the cord!!

It stopped working after only 4 months. Would recommend a higher quality brand.

Other than leaking water sometimes I really liked this product at first. However after about two weeks it stopped working and will not charge or turn on anymore.

not enough pressure and lasts about 20 seconds. don’t bother

While trying to change tips part of old tip broke off inside and there is no way to get it out! Had to throw away!

I loved it when I first got it easy to clean and easy to change heads but after 6 months it just stopped working I guess for 30 bucks you get your money worth
