I bought this about 4 weeks ago; however my blue tip stopped working. I was told I would have to replace it - wasn't happy about this since I had just purchased it.

I have used a WaterPik for years and I really like the WP-360 !

Love the portability and how it holds a charge! Wish we had a separate nozzle for the inside of our lower teeth!

I love the way it makes my mouth feel so clean. I know everything eaten from the day has been washed away.

It has good power, is lightweight, and charges quickly. It can be a bit unwieldy, though, and you could end up shooting water all over the place if you aren't careful. Overall, it does a good job for the price.

I bought this and am glad I did, however when using it, the sound & pressure slows down.

like my waterpik but the reservoir is smaller than my previous model, only 30 seconds of water flow.Also I like to leave the flap open overnight to dry out but unlike my previous model the little flap cover does not stay open when pik is upright.
