TWO TIMES TOO MANY

Bought these Beats Fit Pro earbuds from Amazon. The first time, only the right ear worked. I had it looked at and they said it was defective. Fast forward, they send another pair. Exact same problem, but in the other ear. Frustrating at best. ( For reference, I sold these things for years and am well aware of how to use and troubleshoot malfunctioning bluetooth devices)

Broken

My headphones don’t work anymore. I think it’s cause I sweat so much in my workouts that they broke from water damage, but ultimately not sure what happend. They just stopped working. But l bought in early spring 2024 and it’s now end of August 2024 that it broke. I’ll forever stick to the cheap stuff. This is your sign not to buy. Trust me, it’s not worth it.

One of the ear buds didn’t work. Returned promptly and weeks later I have yet to receive a refund.

Poor quality product and return service.

Defective earbuds

My left ear does not work I contact Amazon and the told me that I should hear something back and still have not heard I want them replace I payed to much money for my left ear not to work

Did not work

I bought two of the beat fit pro earbuds. The first set came in an open box and would not connect. The second pair, were broke as well. The left earbud would not connect. Keep in mind the return process takes up to 30 days to get your money back. I went to Best Buy and bought some. They work great.

Picks up all background noise

Do not purchase because the person you are on the phone with will not be able to hear you talking they will be hearing everything in the background

Easily damaged and no replacement part available

Wingtip tears easy and there are no replacement parts available through Apple nir Amazon. eBay has them, but that sounds sketchy. A 30 minute chat with support and they told me I would have to buy the whole left bud at ~$100US

Very disappointed

Ordered 2 of them because they both came with the same issue that the left ear bud would not charge correctly and you would only hear sound out of the right one.Should not be having to worry about troubleshooting anything when you buy something from beats, so i dont recommend buying them. Unless you have the patience

For a second then connection issues..

The product did not meet expectations at all. That is putting it mildly. I got the Beats started to connect them and for a second I heard music then it stopped connecting.Connection issues..So I open the case and it would show “connected” before I remove the buds out of the case. Soon as I take one of the buds out “not connected.” I would try and retry same thing.Phone: iPhone 12plus max with latest IOS update. (could have been the problem, idk) I didn’t give up right there, I scoured the net went to the manufacturer and countless YouTube videos and product troubleshooting sites. All said the same thing mostly. Unpair then add back. lol. Didn’t work!Funny how in the videos they show this but do not show if it actually connects and stay connected. After a bud is removed from the case or both buds. I even followed the one dumb idea to remove all Bluetooth devices except the Beats. Nope. I read reviews before I purchased this item (people had connection issues) and yes I had a pair of Beats before just wanted to upgrade to wireless buds that stay in my ears.All I can say is too each his/her/they/them own if you go down this road. Hopefully they put better quality out in the future. I returned my Beats and FYI it takes a while for return to be completed, like 3-4weeks.

Shocked by the Junk Apple Created! 😮

Out of the box these felt cheap, somewhat uncomfortable, and the right earbud doesn’t work at all. Some quick Googling found this to be a common problem where one earbud doesn’t work. Return!! Buyer beware. FWIW I like Beats. I have had other products. Something is wrong with this one though.
