Worst investment ever

Not only do these things not stay in your ear but they are hard to connect, I hate them so much and wish I just got the Apple headphones instead.

I wanted earbuds with built in wingtips, so I purchased these Beats. Received them and set them up. Only to find the left one would not function, or take a full charge. I tried resetting them several times and still could not get them to work. Returned them and got a second pair. This pair did the exact same thing. Would not work, or take a full charge. Talked to Apple support, they recommend I update my IOS, which I did. Still nothing. Talked again to apple support again, they could not find the issue and told me to return them. I tried factory resets several times, checked the audio balance on my iPhone, did everything under the sun to get them to work. Also, went on-line and found many people have this problem.Getting two identical pair of pieces of junk within a week tells me this product is crap. I am very disappointed that Apple would hitch their wagon to Beats as it is JUNK!!!!DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!

Design flaw, wingtips separate from casing

Because of the strong magnets in the case, I assume that most people will use the wingtips of the earbuds to assist in removing the earbud from the case. Unfortunately, this will inevitably lead to the separating of the wingtip form the earbud casing. If you own a pair, avoid if you can lifting the earbuds by the wingtip. It's ultimately a design/manufacturer defect (refer to other customer reviews with same breakage), but when contacted, Apple refused to hear me out.

Do not buy. Filmsy case and awful connection problem.

Worked ok for about a month. The right ear bad suddenly would not charge since a couple of days ago.The left earbud was 98% changed but the right one was 0% charged and it would not work at all. Tried to reset it many times and it would not even show up on my blue tooth device list nor my setting screen now. Called told to call Apple Support Line and was instructed to do the reset...... Very frustrated....

They are not loud

Very disappointed with these. They are most definitely not louder then iPods and there is no difference between regular sound and noise cancellation. Not satisfied at all

Doesn't work!!!!

I purchased these headphones twice. The first time the right ear bud did not have any sound just the left ear bud. Thought it had to be a one time defective pair so I ordered again. Same problem with 2nd pair, only 1 ear bud worked. Tried all the trouble shooting suggestions and nothing worked. I had hoped to have a functional pair of good ear buds but these are not them. Don't waste your time buying.

Do not buy these. Other customers have same issues.

I got my order at 8 am. Immediately out the box, the left earbud would not connect. So, I got a replacement with same day shipping. Whole new box 3-4 hours later. Again, same exact experience. So, instead, I returned both and went to a Best Buy. Item worked as promised immediately. Refrain from buying these expensive earbuds from Amazon.

Defective Products

I was shipped a defective product. The earbuds do not sync. I also bought apple care and apple stated it was defective and to get amazon to replace it since its NEW. Amazon customer service manager hung up on me and was rude.I got transferred to so many people and got no help. They refused to ship a replacement and refused to offer a refund in amazon gift card so i can quickly re-purchase this in case this was a one off. They keep me on phone for 2hours hung up and kept me on phone for another hour just to tell me i have to return it and it will go back on my card…very frustrating. They also tried to give me a refund without the apple care I purchased. Amazon really went down hill. I think im better off just buying from apple.

Only one earbud connects

Disappointed. No matter what I do, only the right earbud connects. The left one is dead. Amazon is sending a replacement. Hopefully the next set will work correctly.
