Not worth the price

Not worth the price. The buds hurt after a couple of hours. They were fine in terms of connectivity at first, but after a month, the buds have had trouble connecting (and staying connected) to my phone. The sound is decent, but seems like there are better choices out there.

Not for Small Ears :/

The noise canceling and spatial audio is great! Love the transparency feature, too BUT it’s not for small ears. I didn’t want to return them, but they aren’t made for small ears. The wingtip feature was useless for me, again, due to my small ears. I even had my husband tried them out because he also has small ears and same.

Bose Quiet Comfort II

Definitely not for small ears. It’s worth the extra money to buy the Bose Quiet Comfort II. They’re not only more comfortable, but have more features.

Wouldn't recommend for long term use

I liked these at first, but after only a year of owning them, I can tell they won’t last much longer. The wing tip has ripped, not sure how though. I put them on to do some work and when I took them off, they were ripped. They’ve also started to have connection issues. They disconnect out of no where, even though they’re charged and in range of the connected device. It takes multiple tries to get them to connect again, and when they do, sometimes the audio still doesn’t play, or they don’t stay connected for long. I don’t use them heavily either and I’ve taken good care of them. They’re also not the most comfiest on the ear. I liked the spatial audio feature and the noise cancellation on these, but for the price, they didn’t hold up to my expectations in terms of duration, considering that my last pair of wireless headphones lasted me almost 4 years. If you’re someone that likes to get the most out of their products, I wouldn’t suggest these. Consider taking a look at Jabra headphones.

Right earbud quit working/charging

Right ear bud quit charging, so basically useless. Only the left earbud charges, so I can only hear music on that side (hear all the gym noise on the Rt since it doesn't work). Purchased Nov. 25, 2022 & the Rt earbud stopped working March 1st. For the price of these earbuds, I expect way better quality & length of use. Besides not working/charging on one side, they were good ear buds for my gym workouts. Stayed in place. However, the wing tip does hurt the inside of my ear. I workout 1-2hrs after this amount of time I can definitely feel relief when I remove them. (Worked for 90 days. Too late to return to store. I will try Beats customer service for help.

Didnt stay in my ears

Sound quality was fine, but they fell out of my ears every time I moved (regardless of which size of “stopper” thingy I tried). So, basically, they were fine for driving or watching TV, but they couldn’t be used while I was DOING anything. Had to return.

Beats

I disliked that one of the ear buds stop working in less than a month.

The beats logo is not worth wasting $

Great sound quality. ZERO durability. Wing hurts ear. Finicky Bluetooth. Thanks beats, never coming back to you

Make them fit better

They don’t stay in your ear well. I kept hanging up on people trying to adjust the fit
