So I bought these due to the overwhelminngly positive reviews, and man was I dissappointed.First pair out of the box was connected easily, but everytime I removed the earbuds from the case the left one would lose connection. Battery levels showed full, but only the right earbud would work away from the charging case.I tried all avenues of troubleshooting and still no luck.Amazon was called, item returned and replacemnt sent.This time they worked for 2 days, then, same issue. These are garbage,plain and simple.

Like so many other customers, received the Beats Fit Pro in an unopened box. Connected it to my phone no problem. The right earbud worked, But the left earbud doesn't do anything. No audio, no tones, and it charges lags behind the right bud. I updated the firmware twice and did multiple connect and disconnected from my phone, but still the left earbud doesn't work at all. Don't know if it's Amazon's stock of these earbuds or what. It's kind of unacceptable.

The Beats Fit pro obviously has a manufacturing flaw. After 24 hours only one of the ear buds is fully charged. When you put both of them in your ears, only the fully charged ear bud registers. I could not engaged the noise cancellation feature, as I continued to receive a message to put both ear buds in my ears (OF COURSE THEY WERE BOTH IN)!Reviewing online, having one earbud not work is fairly common. None of the ideas to reset worked.I received a replacement set, AND THE EXACT SAME ISSUES OCCURRED!I am now 0 for 2 with Beats Fit Pro.

Unfortunately I can't provide a user review as I cannot use these wonderful $200 earbuds directly out of the box. I have a Pixel 8 pro - can't find the earbuds, nor can my Dell XPS 13 laptop. Needless to say that I am pretty disappointed. This was was first attempt to be lured away from BOSE and damn - the opportunity fell flat on its face. Super bummed. Will be returning and not straying again.

Will not stay connected to bluetooth for more than 20 seconds. The moment I out them in my ear they disconnect. I have tried reinstalling the firmware, resetting bluetooth, and full charging the battery but these have NEVER worked AT ALL on either my phone or my desktop.I've owned many pairs of airpods and galaxy buds but I've never seen something this obviously bad right out of the box. What a waste. Kinda sad. I remember when Betas was a respected brand. Then apple gets involved and all they want to do is force people to buy airpods so they can nerf them after 9 months.If this is how they're handling QC I don't even want a replacement pair. I just want my money back. Buyer beware

One of the earbuds does not work. I think its a knockoff. Do not buy

Do not recommend. I've gone through every troubleshooting step out there to get this to work. Nothing has worked I've reset the earbuds multiple times, paired and unpaired, installed every update and fully charged the case and earbuds. The app still doesn't detect the right earbud and nothing has worked. I haven't found any forums or videos anywhere that have any other possible solutions to this apparently very common issue with these earbuds.
