Your item is not connected together. only right item is working the left item is broken. Don’t sell something doesn’t working, it’s not fair for a good customer. Now you take time to refund my money.

At this price point a product should not arrive DOA. Oh it pairs, but the moment you but both ears buds in ears, they immediately disconnect. They were literally defective out of the box. Similar to what others have posted. Amazon would not replace. Only return and recommended to repurchase. While did the return, I opted to goto my local Apple Store, bought there, and they worked exactly as they should have. While I do know Amazon is an authorized reseller of Apple products, something seems to be up with the units thay have in stock.Another oddity, the listing identified the seller, shipper, customer Svc as Amazon. But the invoice reflects sold by Amazon. Supplied by Other. Maybe that just means Apple is the supplier. But it does seem odd others have had experiences in which this same product from Amazon had issues, they returned and bought elsewhere, and had no issues. It could all be coincidence, but even if so, it is a coincidence I don’t wan’t to experience again.So, lesson learned, Amazon is convenient and great for a lot of things. But for more expensive, name brand electronic one may be better served buying direct from the manufacturer.

As other reviewers have stated, only one earbud works - in this case only the left. Firmware will not update and connecting to devices is overly complicated. Apple Support is no help. This was a waste of time and money. A cheap 50 dollar off brand worked immediately with one button and no issues. Do not purchase this.

Hard to hear the music over a lawn mower or weedeater, even with noise canceling on. Very disappointed. Battery life is a joke if using noise canceling as well. Maybe 2 hours max! I've had cheap ear buds work way better!

I get it on the day it arrives and I try resetting it multiple times but still never connects

I haven’t even had these a year and they are not charging. Frustrating that these earbuds are not cheap yet I haven’t even had them a year and won’t charge. I wouldn’t recommend buying these for the price they have them for.

The R side earbud doesn’t work at all. I tried all the trouble shooting steps that Amazon AND the beats website recommended, but nothing. I’m so disappointed. Will be returning.

Out of the box i already had an issue connecting to any of my devices. It always disconnect once i put the earbuds on.

These are by far the worse headphones I’ve ever purchased. They don’t connect to your phone and when they do, they instantly disconnect
