Uncomfortable and painful. The silicone wingtips are non replaceable and very uncomfortable. The inner lining of my ear is very sore and i can only wear these for maybe 5-10 minutes before the pain starts becoming noticeable. Would not recommend these to anyone.

Both wing tips tore away from the earbud from normal use and the battery went from 8 hours to 4 hours of use. Neither issue is covered under warranty. Don’t bother unless you plan on replacing them yearly at your own expense.

The rubber piece that goes inside your ear cracked/ripped and the screen inside the bud fell out with barely 8 months of use. Beats “warranty” is awful and apple wouldn’t even replace them free of charge. Horrible customer service.

Bought in June and after 5 months they won’t charge or hold a full charge. This makes the third pair and I’m done with this brand. These charged all night and still shows red on case. Case is fully charged. Only use these a few hours a day and I’m still paying for buds that don’t work

This product is very faulty. Randomly goes in and out. Doesn’t hold a long battery charge. And it definitely isn’t noise canceling

i do a lot of cardio. i usually run 6-9 miles aday and if falls off after 20 mins of running. i sweat alot. so I don't recommend this for running.

They were uncomfortable in her ears.

Never stay in my ears I have changed all the buds and still won’t stay in. I can’t even walk slow on a treadmill or left weights without them falling out. Very frustrating and not worth the money

would give zero stars if i could. not one of the included ear tips fits my ears. they constantly fall out and more than once have i had to run after them
