Missed off

I've purchased 2 sets and both left ear buds have gone out. Now I can't exchange them and I'm out $300!!

The left one works great! The right one will not hold a charge. I would not recommend.

WORST PRODUCT EVER

On any given day either the left or right earbud will not work. I have to forget and repair them constantly in attempts to get them to try and o get them to work properly. I should have heeded all the negative feedback that I’ve read about these. Now the noise canceling feature will not engage. Apparently the Beats line of products has really taken a turn for the worse.

Buy a different one

These unfortunately do not fit correctly. They’re always falling out and are also uncomfortable to wear. The style, color and sound are nice but for the price they are not worth it for me.

These head phones loose connection every ten seconds. They are uncomfortable and not worth the money. I will be returning them!

Won't recognize ear bud is in case

Wore one time, put back in case and won't recognize that ear bud is in case. Tried multiple attempts to unpair and repair, etc. With no success. Will be returning. Not sure if mine are faulty or all this way. What is bad is that they won't disconnect from my phone when the case doesn't recognize

Absolute waste of money!

This is the worst headset I've ever decided to get. For one, noise cancelation doesn't work at all no matter what I did. I did a fit test, and even though it says it's a perfect fit with sound test, it doesn't work at all. The little hook that should keep it in your ear works but is absolutely painful after a short while. The case feels so cheap, and so are the buds themselves. Beats are so overrated and a waste of money. Sad I can't return for a full refund because it's past the 30 days, but I'll never buy anything from this overpriced brand again.

Returning. Won't stay connected to Samsung S22 Ultra

Would initially connect but then automatically disconnect. Also couldn't update firmware because of this. I did the unpair, factory reset, uninstalled the app and restarted the phone 4 times and never worked.
