Terribly disappointed

Worst ear buds I have ever tried. For the cost, I was expecting some pretty amazing ear buds. Instead, I got wings that are stiff and painful, short usage times per charge (I've used cheaper ear buds that last all day, but these I'm lucky to get a few hours... Not that I could comfortably wear these all day), an overly sensitive tap button, and they fall out of my ears at the slightest movement. Highly disappointed in a brand that is supposed to be one of the best in the industry.

Bad charging case

Had to return after a week. Never could get the ear buds to get higher than 93% using the charging case alone and charging time was incredibly slow.

Cheaply made

Upon opening and charging, the left ear bud was slow charging. After a few hours, I tried using it (only at 75%) and the left ear didn’t even turn on and was completely broken. Junk for the price. I had a black pair previously from when they were first released with no issues. Unfortunately, I lost one ear bud. Guess they are making them cheaper and cheaper. Won’t buy again.

Flimsy wing tips; falls out of ears when jogging

I received this as a gift so I’m not out of any money. But after a month of use the wing tips are ripped and just another mishap away from falling apart. They also did not stay in when lightly jogging. I’ve even made sure I had the correct tip size in my ears. I wish I had returned it for a gift card after I received it. They’re $200+ and nothing special. It might work for some people but it wasn’t for me.

I would leave a 0 star rating if I could

Bought these today and they were nothing what I expected them to be. Went back to return them, not even 5 hours later and was told that the serial number on the box doesn’t match the serial number on the headphones. Not only was I not happy with them to begin with, but I’m out $200 since it’s “targets policy” to have the codes match. I literally bought them the way I tried to returned them. The employees made me feel completely uncomfortable as if I was lying or trying to scam them.
