I had some issues with my original purchase of a patio umbrella from Bluu and let it be know via a two star review of the purchase and the return of the umbrella. In retrospect the fault was most likely was with the shipper, not Bluu. That did not prevent Bluu from responding directly to me offering a new patio umbrella at no cost. I was both shocked and delighted that Bluu would go to such an extent to maintain customer satisfaction with their product. Please know that when you purchase a product from Bluu they will make sure that you are a satisfied customer. Great company. Thanks Murphy.

I love this umbrella! I will be sure to send more pictures when I have a pool party on a sunny day and share more amazing stories it will surely take part in. This is going to be the topic of conversation for sure. The umbrella was effortless to assemble and extremely easy to use. I enjoy the simplicity of the 360 degree rotation and the mechanics of raising the umbrella up and down is engineered to perfection. Thank you for creating such an awesome product.

We are super happy with this umbrella. However right now we have about 10 sandbags on the base because all of the water plates are sold out and we have no idea which water plate we should buy instead of the name brand. Someone please help.

This umbrella is easy to turn around on its base and easy to move the angle of the umbrella to best block the sun. The extra opening for wind is larger than others and makes the umbrella very stable in the wind. Very happy with our purchase!!

We could not be happier with this umbrella! The base ( sold separately) is super sturdy, the umbrella was put up in 20 minutes very easily by hubby, and the umbrella is made well, and beautiful. We researched forever to find a product that was both beautiful and great quality. Do yourself a favor, and order this now!

I purchased the umbrella to shade a spa from harsh sun and it works wonderfully. It states 95% of harmful rays are blocked and it certainly seems so after a couple of weeks use. Putting it together was simple as well as bolting to the deck and I’ve purchased a cover to protect it when not in use.

The 10x10 square BLUU umbrella was easy to assemble. It is also extremely easy to raise, lower, and swivel. It provides a great amount of shade and the aqua blue color is beautiful! I recommend buying a base of the same brand for an exact fit. Love it so far!

This is a great cantilever umbrella that is well made and dead simple to set up. Can be set up by one person, as I did, but it is definitely better with two people. It comes pretty much fully assembled with only maybe 4 screws to install to connect the umbrella to the base. It provides a lot of coverage on our back patio and is very easy to swivel, open and close and it looks great. I looked around at a lot of different umbrellas and this one was a very good value. We're very happy with it.

Good quality umbrella, canopy fabric is really nice - an upgrade over similar priced umbrellas. Setup is super simple, I recommend using a proper wrench or socket wrench over the tools included. I do wish Bluu would offer a package deal for the umbrella and base, though. But I'm happy with the purchase!
