Umbrella won’t stand up on its own. When you open the umbrella the base is not strong enough to hold it up, it falls over. What kind of umbrella can’t support itself when open.

Not much to say. Product arrived damaged. Was not even worth unpacking.

Pretty disappointed, as you can see in the photos, it arrived in pretty bad shape. Box was fine, telling me this was pre shipping damage. Such a hassle to get a new one since it’s huge. I might though. Should have gone with the one at Costco.
