Absolutely love our new BLUU 11’ Umbrella! Super easy to set up. Super easy to operate. Provides the perfect amount of shade for our patio! We love the dark Navy Blue color!! The customer service at BLUU is also fantastic! The lower base post was received a bit scratched/small dent from the packing material shifting during shipping. The umbrella worked completely fine- but we wanted to see if there was a way to replace/ fix the damaged piece. Soon after contacting BLUU and explaining what happened they immediately sent out a replacement piece to us! We’re looking forward to using our new BLUU umbrella for many years to come!
