I heard good things about this hot iron so I ordered it. I HATED it after the first 60 seconds and should have stuck to buying another flat iron. It works soooooo much better. On top of it I COULDN'T RETURN the item so I'm out 50 bucks on top of the lame product. Very disappointing. I would have NEVER ordered something without a return policy. A BIG WASTE OF MONEY. READ THE SMALL PRINT PEOPLE. RIDICULOUS POLICY

This is not worth the money. And beware..this is not returnable!!! It pulled on my hair alot. Waste of money. Never buying hot tools brand again.

It does not heat up and says I cannot return it

I cannot use this product yet it says it's not eligible for a return! The handle is sticky and my hair sticks to it and the metal rod, I can't use it at all. At best you could send a replacement. Please contact me!

I wish I had read the other reviews on here before I purchased this product. It did to my hair what it has done to many others, it singed a good chunk of my hair right off onto the iron itself. I tried it on the lowest heat setting possible and it still did the same thing. Please be careful with this product if you still choose to order it. It is not meant for thin, or normal hair.

It's only worth the price you pay: i was very disappointed with it.

lasted about a year and no longer works. Very disappointed. I used it maybe once every two weeks. Will be contacting the manufacturer.

This is a knock off. The temperature doesn't go anywhere near advertised. Don't waste your time and money on this product.
