My Conair 1/2 inch worked better

This curling iron clamp is too tight it pulls the hair as you try to curly it.

Maybe my iron was faulty, but it does not heat up well even at the highest temperature, so the curls I am able to make (and I have very easy to curl hair that holds) do not last or are just curled at the very ends.

I’ve had this a week. It does get hot but it does not stay hot. Very, very disappointing.

I’ve used it probably 10 times, and the friggin thing stopped working. Won’t turn on. What a waste of money

Do not buy this product

If you have thick hair, DO NOT buy this. First of all, it took me at least an hour and a half to curl my hair whereas with other curling irons it takes me half the time. Not only that, but it pulled my hairs out as I was curling them. I don't know about you but the most frustrating thing for me is when i'm curling my hair and it's literally RIPPING out of my head. Also, after only about two weeks of having this curling iron, it rusted and turned green. I have no idea where this came from. But I will most definitely be returning it. :(

I bought this product in dec 2016 and it stopped working by sept 2017...so in oct I bought another and once again by August 2018 is has stopped working. At most I am using this curling iron once a week

While I'm sure the iron is generally great, the one I received did not work. I bought as a gift, and the first time it was plugged in it wouldn't even turn on. No light on the indicator, no heat. After several attempts, I'm calling it a waste because my return period has passed. Next time I won't shop so far in advance.

I used this iron once and now the iron does not turn on or heat up when plugged in to an outlet!
