Disappointing in many ways. While the handle grip is strong, it ends of creating these creases that I don't like to see on my hair. I don't understand how this produce received such high ratings from so many users. This size is definitely for super curly, curly fry styles. If you would like more loose wavy curls, this is NOT the produce you would want to get. I still opt for my super old curler when I want to add some volume and bounce to my hair.

This iron drags through my hair. It did come with two extra spring clips which blew my mind.

I really wanted to love this thing. I've had it over a year now and I have no idea why I'm still suffering with it. Every time I curl my hair, I lose at least 4 or 5 hairs wrapped around the joint between the hot metal part and the end plastic piece, and another 4 or 5 getting ripped out in the clip mechanism. Perhaps I don't use it well enough, but I've been curling my hair for a long time and used plenty of irons, and never had this problem before. It also doesn't get the hottest, it takes a while to curl the hair. The clip is really floppy, so if I try and curl to small of a chunk of hair, it slips right out. This iron has so many good reviews, I thought it was going to be great, but I'm looking for a new one now, before I'm bald.

Purchased for my wife for Christmas. Items box was damaged upon opening. Actual item works fine.

Works well but it has no automatic turn off and that's a real problem for me.

Burnt hair to a crisp. Heat regulator didn't work. However the vendor was fair and refunded me.

I bought this curling iron in October. Just recently it started to turn off if the cord is not positioned in a very specific way. I take very good care of it and enjoyed using it very much while it worked.

When I received this curling iron the black tip was lose and close to falling off. I decided to keep it because sending it back would have cost me about as much as the iron itself, but it is only a matter of time before the tip will fall completely off. I have purchased Hot Tools before and typically they are built better than this, so I am disappointed.

it is to long and difficult to use

I had two of them for my wife and the power cord has separated on both of them so they no longer work. Impossible to fix.
