I like everything about this curling iron except the cord is too long and the stand is too hard to move. I have to use the edge of my counter top to push on the stand to fold it up to curl my hair. Then I have to use a pen to unfold it so I can place the curling iron on the counter. If the stand was coated in something so it wouldn't be hot to the touch, then I would be fine with it. The other thing that I would like to comment on is the temperature settings. I find that somewhere in the middle is all you need so why do they offer so many? Another thing that I noticed is that when I try to place a small amount of hair in the iron, it just slides out or when I put the normal amount of hair in, some of it will fall out. All of my curling irons in the past haven't had this problem. I have been using curling irons for 32 years!

I bought this curling iron and loved it right away. It created great curls that held up very well. 2 weeks after using it, the spring that held the handle in started "sticking" and would only close half way. I thought maybe it was because it was getting too hot so I did my best to be careful while using it. The problem only got worse until the handle completely jammed and I could not even get it closed. I was unable to repair it so it's just basically sitting useless in my bathroom cabinet. Really disappointed.

It's an okay iron. It stopped heating after 1 year so now it's in the trash! Will look for something better. For now i'm using a very old CHI that still works!

Works OK, does not get hot enough to hold curl long term. I have very fine silky hair and this has always been an issue, but I was recently spoiled by the curling wands that would hold curls in my hair for DAYS. I hoped this would do the same, but it didn't. It's fine for styling for the immediate event, but if I curl in the AM and go out again after work, I have to curl all over again. I

This curling iron seems a bit cheap but ultimately does what it's suppose to do.

I bought this because its supposed to be the best out there. It heats very quickly and curls nice BUT I was very disappointed to see that while I'm curling my hair, the clip handle BENDS! I have to constantly bend it back to its original position or it won't open as wide as it should. I've never had to do this to another curling iron. I thought I was getting the best...

Doesn't get hot

I loved this curling iron while it worked. However, it didn't last as long as expected. When I plugged it in today - nothing. It warmed up a little but I could still hold it in my hand. I only had it 2 years and used it sparingly (I had short hair most of that time). I do want to try it again... it does the job just as well as the expensive one I tried.
