Too hot for my hair! Can't imagine who could use this tool though I gave it to my grand daughters who have long hair and lots of it.

This did not have the correct voltage for use in Australia. It is useless to me. It would cost me more to send this back.

I just used this curling iron for the first time and it burned my hair off -- literally. I grabbed one strand of hair, clamped the barrel down and tried to move it down the strand and it stuck. To my horror, it sizzled and melted the hair in the clamp. As I pulled the curling iron away from my hair and it had half the strand melted to it. The entire barrel is now covered with black charred hair that won't come off -- think of burning food in a pan on a stove top to the 10th degree. It's disgusting. I had the setting on medium - about 380 degrees which is the setting the outside of the box recommends I use given my wavy hair type - and I let it heat up for about 5 minutes before I used it. I have used hair tools for the last 20 years and have never experienced anything like this--I am incredibly disappointed. Now my entire apartment smells horrible, like burnt hair, my hair has two burn marks in it from the barrel and I have a brand new $30 curling iron that is covered in charred hair making it unusable.

It is not working!

People rave about this! The one inch is bigger than it should be in my opinion! It dried my hair out very bad! It does not hold curl! Do not buy! Waste of money!

My hair has to grow before I can use it.

I used this iron for almost a year and loved it. Until it melted my hair 2 times in the last week. My bangs are gone and a chunk yesterday out of my left side. I had no product on my clean, dry hair and it must have just gotten way too hot. There was smoke and horrible smell of burning hair and sure enough, when I removed the curling iron, my hair was wrapped around it and came off in ashes. Just a heads up when using high settings.

Not good! Did not glide smoothe over the hair and pulled on it. Would not recommend!!

I normally love hot tools especially as a professional. My other hot tools have lasted at least two years. This one however just stopped working on me yesterday. I plug it in, switch the on button and it doesn't turn on. It has lasted not even two and half months. I only use it twice a week to curl my hair. It should of lasted longer.

His thing ruined my hair!!! It has burned my hair multiple times, it gets WAY too hot! I’m throwing it away
