I owned a Hot Tools curling iron before and for some reason felt like it was much better. The curls with this don't hold up all that well. I prefer my ceramic curling want for that reason. It is nice that the cord swivels.

I purchased this curling iron about 1 1/2 years ago, and sadly, it's broken. I loved it while it still worked. It was easy to use, and created nice, long-lasting curls (and my hair does NOT hold a curl!). If it hadn't broke, I would have given it 5 stars. The handle spring mechanism failed, and now the clamp doesn't snap back to the barrel. Very sad this is broken... I thought a quality product like this would have lasted longer. I only used it 1-3 times a month.

It's a good size iron for different styles because you can wrap your hair around the barrel or just use it with the clamp. It does get hot and holds curl very well. Only negative is that it catches on my hair.

I purchased this from Ulta.Pros:Long tip that doesn't get hot so it's easy to handleLong cord lengthSwivel Cord = cord does not tangleNice thumb grip, it's very comfortable and so is the handleDoes smooth your hair, but don't all curling irons?Cons:It's difficult to know if the Indicator Light is on or off because of the weird orange colorThe controls are awkward so I'm constantly changing the setting without knowing so even heating is an issue. AND they are difficult to read without your glasses on. This is really inconvenientMy hair gets static after using so I am not sure what the "moisture" claim is about?Has a large footprint so it takes up ALOT of space on my dressing table.DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY TURN ITSELF OFF and they suggest that you unplug the device everytimeOne weird thing is that -- it's nice to have two extra springs, but am I really going to remember where they are when and if the spring needs to be replaced on the this curling iron?

I love this curling iron, but I can't believe how quickly I am having to replace it. I have had it almost one year to the date and it is already broken. It won't hold power consistently, so I'm having to purchase a new one. Great while it lasted!

Good curling iron. I just find it unbelievable that it doesn't have an auto off feature. I have left it on all day way more than once! What a hazard!

A Wonderful Curling Iron according to my wife. The only flaw we've found in in the end swivel that prevents the cord from becoming tangled. After a period of time the connection becomes "Squirrely" and inconsistent and the power turns off and on intermittently. When that happens we order a new one. I'm about to order my third one.

I purchased this curling iron in 2015 and it quit heating up in Dec of 2017. I have a couple conair curling irons that I have had for 10+ years and still work great to this day.

I feel like initially this curling iron worked really well. But then the more I used it, the more I felt like it didn't work as well.
