I bought this as a replacement for one I've had for over 15 years and I'm SOoooo disappointed it doesn't get as hot as my previous one I had. At full Temperature this doesn't get as hot as my old one I had at 50% Temperature. SO SAD!!!

Too large for my hair and it really doesn't curl like it said.

No auto shut off which is a safety concern and item isn't eligible for return. Buyer beware!

Doesn't get hot enough. I have had many hot tools curling irons and bought another one immediately after receiving this one. This one only goes to 430° and the others to 450°

This is an average product. Expected more for the price.

This is a great iron. BUT, I did not notice that is is NOT RETURNABLE! I order too small of an iron…I needed a 1 1/4 wide iron…..and didn’t realize that it was too small until it arrived. Now I cannot return it. So be careful of the size you need.

Overall I think it is ok, but when you put it in you hair, the wand is not tight enough to keep it, hair easily just slips out.

Unfortunately it didn’t get gold enough for me. Had to return

Heats up super fast, curls well, and is so cute. However, the spring that makes the plate hold the hair is weak and squeaky. It came with a replacement spring, but I’ve never had one that I’ve had to replace within the first few months of having it. Especially only using it about once each week.

The longer barrel is useless to me if the clamp length is the same as on a regular barrel. It only goes about halfway up the barrel on this model, consequently my hair does not hold on at least half the barrel.Also had no idea how consistently I rely on auto-shutoff on my tools. I have not had a curling iron without auto-shutoff for many years, until I got this one. I have already left it on twice while I was at work and that is not a good feeling!I will end up replacing this.
