Original review:hate this vacuum. It does the job for about 10 minutes before the battery dies. It takes a couple hours to fully charge again and I can only thoroughly vacuum a couple rooms if I vacuum speedily. The suction power sucks, it immediately becomes less effective as the battery quickly runs out. It goes from 100% to 70% in the first couple minutes of vacuuming. It was a waste of money, I cannot BELIEVE it is as expensive as it is. I would swear in this review if I could. I hate it, I’m returning it as it’s useless as a vacuum only working for 10 minutes with 5 minutes of weak suction power. Spare yourself.Update: customer service has been extremely helpful and quick to expedite sending me 2 new batteries, is refunding my order, and allowing me to keep the vacuum as they think I received one with a malfunctioning battery. I will definitely update how the batteries work once they arrive, but do appreciate the prompt and responsive customer service.

The media could not be loaded. Upon unboxing, I was excited as this product looked great on the listing. Was immediately disappointed to find that the accessories were covered in dust and appeared worn. When I finally got to the vacuum, I was shocked to find that the unit was covered in dust AND the dust bin was full of dust bunnies. This is my first purchase ever where I was not satisfied with the product.
