I can’t seem to find a straightforward and easy way to contact the seller customer support, directly.I really love the vacuum, itself. Seems well built. Went together well. But, on a full charge, on the high setting (which, after all it’s a vacuum…one should really be able to use the high setting), I get no more than 10 minutes of battery life. Even on the medium setting it’s 13 and low it’s 15. I can’t only use the vacuum for 10 minutes. It should either hold a charge longer or come with more than one battery.

When I received the vacuum I was so excited to use my Dyson dupe! The vacuum is in great and wonderfully made, almost exactly what I thought it would be. However, upon inspecting the vacuum fresh out of the Box it appears to have already been used since it had a really thick layer of dust all on the inside. I'm giving them 2 stars because of this. I also didn't receive a cleaning brush.

Vacuum doesn't hold more than a 30 minute charge even on the lowest level, and no we didn't overcharge the battery. We've used it about 5 times now and notice it takes most of the day to charge for only a 30 minute vacuum session in return. Giving this a 2 because the suction is decent, we bought this to replace a 3 year old cordless vacuum we bought and thought was bad, this has about the same suction power as the one we replaced. Probably wouldn't purchase if I had the chance to redo.
