Update: this product did not work for me, at all. I did review as you see my original review below, but the company contacted me and issued me a full refund. So it didn’t work for me it might work for you. You could give them them a try and if it doesn’t work for you be honest and contact them and tell them.Complete waste of money. Not worth a penny. Completly disappointing

I couldnt find the review i wrote before but this is a follow up. The first two pics are from March 27th when i started. The last two pics are from today! Its my birthday! I havent weighed myself but i see a difference in abdomen and i know yall see it too! I dont work out so i know my results would be better if i did! I will start that up after my bday celebrations and vaca. The last two picture dates (the 11th and todays) i added the Keto Melatonin and started seeing better results. You HAVEEE TOO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER OR YOU WILL GET A HEADACHE esp after taking the nighttime one. I go to restroom frequently and stool is not diahrrea but soft stool. I did change my diet to eat more veggies but i still eat my McDonalds occasionally. Il stick to it because it works for me so far.

I've tried gummies, and am now trying these capsules. They are easy to swallow and I'm eager to see the results.
