If you’re looking for a pill to take to loose weight this stuff works!!!!!I love to eat!!! I love to snack!!! Over the last 3 years I managed to put on 20 lbs. I was still active and I still worked out but I always went back for seconds and thirds. I couldn’t push the plate away and gained 20lbs as a result.Well I bought these and I take 2 in the morning and drink water. I take 2 at noon and 2 more around 5. These pills actually curb my appetite big time!!! So I still work out but now I’ve lost about 10 lbs. the only difference is the pills. I don’t snack.I don’t eat until around 11 am. I don’t snack all day either now. These pills help me to eat only when I’m hungry where as before I would eat when the clock said it was time….and I would eat because I saw food. I hope this helps.Update: I’ve lost 20lbs in 2 months. Nuff said!

These seem to work well, but I've also been eating basically just hot dogs, hard boiled eggs, and mini tater tots, so it may be my autistic AF diet.Downside: you're gonna need a shower hose and attachment if you ever want to poop again. Major constipation causer.

i love this supplement! I have last 30 pounds with this pill! it really does help with appetite. i use to have to eat the first thing i do in the morning, now i don’t eat till around 12 or 1! definitely helpful for kickstart on weight loss journey!!!
