This was a great addition to my car when the heated seat went and was a couple hundred dollars to replace, however it broke after a month and a half and was beyond the return window. Disappointed

After reading the material accompanying the product, I discovered that it should not be used for pets. I ordered it to keep my little 12lb dog warm and returned the item.

Might be good for a cramping thigh but icy hot works better. It's just OK not impressive if it's the only choice you have but expensive for very little heat. Not worth it. We like our plug in heater pads. These are comparable to a bag of rice heating pads but honestly those are probably better too.

The plug fell apart. While it still worked the warmth was ok. Has one heat setting. Would not buy again.

If I should have known that it didn’t come with an AC adapter, I wouldn’t purchase this item. This product is of poor quality and I wouldn’t recommend this item.
