Don't recommend

Just save your money and get a Sonicare.

Everything is overpriced and doesn’t always work

The smart motor doesn’t connect to my phone anymore. Tried multiple times, and still nothing. When you change the head and battery a few times, it stops making a good connection and stops the brush cycle. It’s just not a great design i guess. It’s not a good enough fit over time.

Died after a few months- wouldn’t recommend

My toothbrush was great when I first got it, however a few months ago it began to pulse and not vibrate during brushing. I tried replacing batteries and other small fixes but figured the motor was dead and bought a new one. After less than a week with the new motor it also began to pulse and not vibrate making it impossible to brush. Can’t see why a brand new motor would also not work? Also can’t seem to get any tech or support from Quipp.

Toothbrush vibrations do NOTHING to clean your teeth...

Although the design is great and the subscription service is well done, the smart toothbrush is very disappointing. The vibrations are useless and are only good for telling you to move to the next quadrant. The rubber bristles only get in the way of the thin bristles and are completely unnecessary. I have to use manual brush brushing motions to get any kind of decent clean. I really like the toothpaste though...

Motor issue

Motor of the toothbrush broke within 9 months of use. $25 to replace. Not worth it.

Please do not buy this toothbrush

as a dental hygienist, I LOVE electric electric toothbrushes and recommend them all day every day. That being said, this toothbrush is terrible. when I see a marked decline in a patient's oral hygiene it is often because of this toothbrush. It's very attractive but provides little more than a vibrating handle. If you like the idea of a toothbrush head subscription, go with BURST. It is very similar to the Sonicare in both style and quality. If you're looking to just pick something up while you're at target, get a Sonicare or Oral-B. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Waste of money

The brush is inferior and the tracking app doesn't work.

Terrible toothbrush just vibrates your teeth

The toothbrush vibrates so hard it's uncomfortable to hold on your hand for more than a few seconds, and it just vibrates my teeth. It's like a terrible experience at the dentist. The worst electric toothbrush I've ever used!

Waste of money

There is not a single redeeming quality about this toothbrush. It is overpriced for what it does. I was under the impression that this was like other higher priced toothbrushes, it’s not. It just vibrates, the vibrations do nothing for actual cleaning. This is a manual toothbrush that vibrates. The design is awful, bristles are stiff and head is awkward shaped. I used it a week and am back to my normal toothbrush. Quip also wants you to buy a subscription to get new heads. No thanks.
