Be aware: I broke at least three toothbrushes trying to replace the head. Even if I broke the toothbrushes due to my error doesn’t that indicate that the product is crappy? Should it really be that easy to break? Be prepared to send pictures and an explanation of why it broke if you want a replacement.

Mine never connected to the app. I complained, they sent me a new one which also never connected to the app. Now the motor turns off after 1 minute. A complete waste of $40

In my opinion, it’s not worth the time and money. The brush seemed affordable and the subscription service was a nice bonus, but only six months in my brush has stopped working, and my refill came a month late and was delivered to the wrong house. It’s been weeks and I still haven’t heard back from their customer service. I would go and buy a replacement head, but they’re much more expensive at the store compared to the subscription.

No offense to this company but honestly its like using rubber bristles . Does not brush your teeth well at all i would rather use a regular toothbrush!!

Literally stopped working Day 2. It was working and then suddenly died. Have tried changing the battery (which would still be ridiculous as it’s Day 2), dismantling it and putting it back together, etc. Got this to replace my boyfriend’s electric toothbrush since we were moving. Made the mistake of throwing it out before giving the new one a good week. Hefty price to pay for what ended up being a regular toothbrush.

Horrible tooth brush. Doesn’t make your mouth feel clean. Worst purchase I have ever made. If I could give it no stars I would.

Issues with pairing, not ideal customer service from Quip, and apparently the app wasn’t working to begin with.

So disappointed! It is a vibrating toothbrush that doesn’t make your mouth feel clean! The vibration is very weak! Much cheaper toothbrushes do a way better job!
I would like to return it but am not sure if I can return a used item.

This is my second try with Quip and same problem keeps happening. The brush falls off with very light use. i wanted to like it but 0 for 2 is a problem. Read other reviews with same problem. cant endorse.
