Neat idea, poor engineering

Thought the app tracker would be cool, but this is the worst toothbrush ever. It BARELY vibrates to make use of the “electric” function. So as basically a manual toothbrush, the bristles are stiff and the head isn’t big enough to feel like it did a sufficient job. I returned it.

This is not en electric brush at all…it a fake brush..it just vibrates on ur hand….not sure why they are selling this as electric brush

Not the best

I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. It basically vibrates in your hand and does nothing on your teeth. Not worth the purchase.

Cheap quality compromising good design.

Terrible user experience compromises an overall good design, as minimal as the design can be the functionality takes a huge hit once the head pops off constantly.

Does not work

I have used other quip brushes for years, but this one straight up does not work. I replaced the battery and I still cannot get it to run for the full two min. Pretty disappointing.

Battery dies

I got me this for Christmas but ehhhh. The battery doesn’t last even if I change it… it turns off on the middle of my brush. I will purchase another one and give it another try 🥹

cue to look at, nice to hold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I unfortunately am unable to give this complete review. The cable needed for this toothbrush was not shipped with the device. I received an email that it would be sent later. I still have not received anything. The toothbrush is sleek, and I love the color. It is also comfortable in your hand. However, that is all I can say since I am unable to use it.

Problem Fetching Brush Status - Bad App

My Smart Brush doesn't connect properly to the Quip App. I tried different brushes, and support even sent me a new motor, but the issue remains. At this point, I assume it's an issue with the app itself, as I was able to connect to other devices. Very frustrating.
