We used this a handful of times. First it comes without any weights and ended up spending $200 on weights to hold it down because the $100 worth of weights wasn’t enough for it to not fall into our pool. Then on about our 3rd time to use it, the center pulley snapped off so it can no longer open. Useless. So $320 into this we have a bunch of weights and no umbrella. Don’t waste your money.

I bought a new conversation patio set and I really wanted a cantilever umbrella that matched. I bought this, came in 3 days super easy to setup. First the umbrella sways all over the places on the absolute slightest breeze, you can even blow on it. The height adjustment lock will just fall to the bottom if you don't set it to the maximum height. Finally you need over 120 lbs on the base or it will tip over on any decent gust of wind.

Easy to put together and looks nice but if there is any wind this thing is trash. The umbrella flys all over the place and is scary to be under at the risk of getting hit in the head. Not worth the money at all unless you don’t have wind where you live.

Really love this umbrella it was easy to assemble but I bought the same color a few months before this one as soon as I put this out on the deck with in a few days it faded to Pink, the other one was from a different company and still looks great. I contacted the company to see if I could get a new one and maybe buy a waterproof spray to keep it a nice red color. Well they said they were out of stock and almost doubled in price so they could only give me a small refund and to just keep the one I have. Once I received the small refund they went back in-stock for a cheaper price.

I really wish I had read more reviews before I purchased it. I guess I got what I paid for and not a great deal. I've had it less than a month and can tell the plastic is gonna break. I'm certain is won't be around for next summer. I am renting and really wanted a pergola but didn't want to build something is have to leave behind. This won't last long enough to see the next place anyway. I should have just built the pergola.

So...I'm out on the patio, enjoying a nice cup of coffee before starting my day and then BAM! I get smacked on the head from a falling umbrella and spill my coffee all over the place. There was very little wind going on, but that didn't matter. What little wind was there, was able to rock the base enough to lift the U-Pins right out of place so the weights were no longer tied together. Since 2 of the weights were still held in place, the frame base bent. You can see the damage in the photos. If the MFG wants to improve on this, make the holes in the bases go all the way through (an make sure it will still hold water and sand) and instead of using the u-pins that clip the weights together, use brackets and fasteners so that the weights are truly secured together. The U-pins have no clamping or securing force at all. It would be fine indoors, on a perfectly level surface where no child, adult or pet could ever get near them, but I notice that if you step on one of the weights, the pins will pretty much come right out. On the positive side, this umbrella has a low cost and looks great. I look forward to using it again after I modify it. If the Weights and brackets could be improved, and you are willing to send me a prototype for free, I would gladly change my review.

The plastic piece broke on the first day. If it is windy the top is unstable, you’ll need to anchor with bungy cords to a rail or something so the top doesn’t whack someone. The LED lights aren’t that bright, they do add a nice touch. Make sure you anchor the umbrella well with the base, if not it will topple over.

Several small plastic bits have broken off my umbrella. The clip that holds the soar panel, whatever mechanism kept it from free spinning, and the bolt that holds the crank in to open and close the umbrella. A little disappointing, I was hoping to buy something at this proce with some longevity. Even after closing it up anytime the wind picks up, I don't think this will last very long. Nice while it lasts, I suppose.

Very pretty but very unsteady. Swings alot when windy. I thought it would be bigger for the price but it isn't. Base not very sturdy. Good for a yard but not a deck. You can stake it down in the yard. Love the solar lights but base bent when it was a little windy. Not worth the money

So we were really excited about our new umbrella! Which we do love except it leaks!!! We mounted it and have been enjoying it. It's supposed to be waterproof....it so is not! Really saddening. Butni guess we're stuck with a leaky umbrella 😒
