Love the size of the umbrella, but we can not get it to not sway with the wind. I wish the umbrella stayed still.

Base even with sand bag was weak and bent at the first strong wind even in down position

I had it for two weeks and the wind bent the arm, so I had to tape it up so it won’t fall apart. It’s a good product , but it could have been secured more in the middle arm.

This is a great umbrella but the umbrella itself can not be locked into a stable position when open. It blows all around when it’s open if there’s any kind of wind.

The string that lifts the umbrella up and down broke! Thank goodness we purchased the extended warranty, but it is still under the manufacturer warranty and there isn't a way to contact them.

Was not clear that I would need to buy a stand weighted down to hold it

I have never been able to get the lights to go on. Also the coupling that holds the full weight of the pole / umbrella is made of plastic, looks like it may break. I am thinking of returning it.

I have only had this umbrella one year bought it July 2020. It is now broken completely split from the top. I have contacted the seller but have not received a response yet.

The umbrella itself looks nice, but it is very cheaply made. The sleeve on the arm of the umbrella that is supposed to provide support broke before we even got the entire thing put together.

It is a beautiful umbrella however, I feel like all the pieces should have been more heavy duty and harder to crack after one use. But that's just me.
