I’m really nervous about this purchase. I just assembled it today and the main bar is already bowing slightly. Also the plastic brace for the bar looks like it might snap. When I secure the umbrella at the top of the pole, it slides the rest of the way until it hits the stopper. Overall, I’m not impressed and I’m thinking about sending it back.

I wanted to buy something that was solid. This whole piece is pretty sturdy, but the manufacturer did not do a good job with this lever casing. I was able to use this product a few times before this had become strained and cracked, leaving the umbrella not being able to open properly and dangerous around children. I had tried to reach out to the manufacturer, but no reply. I choose not to stand by this product.

It was a great umbrella at first. Really nice and appeared to be well built. Unfortunately the umbrella spontaneously snapped and closed on us. I just wanted to make it known because I fear this may hurt someone. They only have a 60 day money back guarantee so I was unable to get a refund. 😞

We were so excited to get it. Easy set up. Broke after opening it 2 times. Have called and called and emailed numerous times. No response.

2 important parts are broken...very poor plastic material..

Snapped and broke weeks after receiving. Contacted seller and no reply.

This umbrella is barely a month and a half old and the fabric is already fading.
